The crown prince of Saudi Arabia gave Jared Kushner TWO BILLION DOLLARS. Any questions?
The fact that the crown prince of Saudi Arabia gave Jared Kushner TWO BILLION DOLLARS is not breaking news. It's really not news at all, but that doesn't mean it's not newsworthy.
In states where the H-word hasn’t been banned, the aforementioned transaction is called History and history is where we must begin.
In 2007 the Kushner Companies - Jared and his convicted felon father, Charles - bought a property at 666 5th Avenue in New York City for $1.8 Billion, the highest price ever paid for a commercial property in New York City.
Remember, this was 2007 and cracks in the economy were already beginning to shake the real estate industry. If you're wondering why two real estate geniuses decided it was a good time to overpay for a property, you may be onto something.
Was there a scheme afoot? Or did Kushner, a Jew, not know the numerological significance of 666?
Almost immediately the Kushners struggled to service their $1.2 Billion debt. In 2010, 666 5th Ave, the center piece of their real estate portfolio was appraised at $890 Million, more than A BILLION LESS than they paid for it and $300 Million less than they owed on it.
Jared wore that building around his neck like a millstone, but having a father-in-law in the White House opened a world of opportunity for him.
Mr. and Mrs. Kushner made some $640 Million during their stint as civil servants. Carpe those opportunities, right, Jared?
In October of 2018 the crown prince of Saudi Arabia (MBS) ordered Jamal Khashoggi silenced. Khashoggi was an dissidant journalist, critical of the Saudi regime who had exiled himself to the U.S. and wrote for the Washington Post.
A band of MBS's assassins caught up to Khashoggi in Turkey and took him to the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, where the journalist was tortured, killed and dismembered.
Within a month, the CIA was able to lay the kidnapping and murder of Khashoggi completely in the lap of Donnie Trump's friend, MBS. Of course, Donnie, with all of his international expertise and super investigative powers disagreed with the CIA and defended MBS.
It's worth noting here that every president before Donnie made their first international trip to one of our two closest neighbors and allies, Mexico or Canada. Donnie went to Saudi Arabia.
First son-in-law, Jared Kushner helped MBS cover up the assassination of a reporter and supported Saudi Arabia's blockade of Qatar, a move also supported by Donnie Trump, who was apparently unaware that Qatar is an ally of ours. We have military personnel there.
Almost miraculously, an investment group tied to Qatar decided to rescue Kushner from his monetary woes at 666 5th Ave.
When Donnie lost his day job, Jared did, too. On the way out the door though, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia (MBS) sent Jared a $2 Billion investment in Kushner's new hedge fund because who wouldn't want the guy who bought the most expensive piece of property at the worst moment in history to be in charge of their money?
A guy with no experience running a hedge fund, to boot.
If you find any of this the least bit interesting, there's plenty about it on the internet and at the link below.
For the record: Charles Kushner pled guilty to 18 counts of tax evasion, illegal campaign contributions and witness intimidation. Don't know if you like apples, but it’s said that they don't fall far from the tree.
